To do a straight line of best fit, enter the equation of a line of best fit (y=mx+b) but with y1 and x1 instead of y and x, and with a ~ sign instead of =. This tells Desmos to do a line of best fit (regression line.) Then you can see the coefficients and the r^2 value below -- you should include these in your report.
