For the "A" the horizontal domain is between {4.5<x<5.5}. This makes the horizontal line from being any longer than it should be.

The other part of the "A" is a upside down |x| (absolute value). 0.5 and 2.5 makes the A from being taller than 2.5 and shorter than 0.5. The 5 in the absolute values controls where the A is placed in the graph. The negative 2 controls how wide the A is or how thin the A is. The 2.5 outside the graph controls the A to not be apart. The x-5 in the graph control.

The first part of the equation, 1^2, determines the size of the radius. While the x and the y in the parentheses controls where is the circle going to be placed in the graph. For x I put 9 and for y I put 1.5 because it centers where I want the circle to be on the graph.

For the "C" what I did is that I did a O using the equation for O then I make a domain so that I can break the O and make it a C. The domain I used was (x=1.79).
